Dr. David Huang, Cultural and Economic Delegation of Taiwan
We are honored to welcome Dr. David W. F. Huang to Asia Days. A political scientist and diplomat, he holds degrees from Oxford, MIT, and National Chengchi University. His career spans academia, government, and diplomacy, including roles at Academia Sinica, Taiwan’s Mainland Affairs Council, and TECRO in the U.S.
